Sketches was done yesterday night. Today morning I would like to finish three robins but one is still wet, so two ACEOs today.

Morning birds

Here you are Singing Robin too. I hate paint during bad weather (just started rain and is dark outside). Hope tomorrow morning will be better and can finish them in bright light.



I am busy today; have to do another work so singing robin comes later. Hope tomorrow morning paint will be dry to finish them.

Some evening drawing

I did some drawing of robins, (one is singing) for tomorrow morning painting. I had problem with my charcoal pencil as you see on first sketch. Changed pencil to pastel one, work is slower and because that more detailed, see what tomorrow, thick brush and paint will cover everything.

Same story as previous wren I have third colour sketch done yesterday I wonder if I do it today. All are done on Fabriano 400gsm paper primed by Daler-Rowney Brunt Sienna Acrylic paint.

I started this painting yesterday morning, after sketch by charcoal pencil did some quick undercoat painting, because is oil I wait as paint will be dryer till today morning. Then I added some fresh colour in shadows then some light and details by thin brush.
